I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, although stylish and clean, smelled of cigarette smoke and were smaller than expected. Despite this, their comfort and great location near the uplifts made up for it. The service, although a bit condescending at times, was ultimately very helpful and friendly. The location is superb, right in the heart of Aosta with easy access to everything. However, the dining options were a bit simple for the price. Overall, a decent stay with its ups and downs.

The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to cater to our needs, including off-menu options for our young child.
